Thanks!
Alex and I have been very busy. This past weekend we spent up in Boulder. We had a blast. We were up there for a dog show. Sharing a hotel room with Alex, Grendel and Tallulah (who is only 6 months old) was a BLAST. We got to spend some time with his nana. That was a lot of fun. This week Alex and I are off to Michigan! Say prayers for us to have a safe trip!
Cheers everyone!
Alex ran his first race last night. He ran the 100 m Spooky sneak. He was in the 5 and under group. It was really cute. He had a BLAST. People were cheering on little Tigger since he was the smallest one out there. Grendel ran right next to him as a bumblebee…his protector! Afterwards he wouldn’t let go of his ribbon. He had so much fun. He was dancing to the Halloween music and just having a great time. Then he got to go for a 3 mile ride while I ran my race!

Alex got to go ride a horse last week. It wasn’t the little drugged pony at the corn maze. It was an actual HORSE. He LOVED it and giggled the whole time. He kept petting the horse. He also got to run around on my friends ranch and be a rowdy boy. He LOVED it. He was all tired, dirty and stinky. Just like a boy should be!
I love this time of year. This past weekend Alex and I had a great time at the local corn maze. He loved racing through the corn. And he even got his first pony ride.
Today we went hiking, yes Alex hikes. He LOVES hiking. I carry him for up the trail and part way down. Then he runs down the rest of the trail. He loves it. Then to squish in more time in the gorgeous 70 degree weather we went to the playground for a couple hours. It was wonderful. Of course tomorrow it is supposed to snow! Thanks to his grandma Nancy, Alex now has quite a bit of winter jackets to wear!
